Refund Policy

We offer most flexible refund policy to its customers. We offer dedicated email support and ensure the quality of our product. Still, if you would like to get a refund you must full-fill these criteria and ask for refund within 7 days of purchase.

We grant refund if :

  • The product purchased has stopped functioning or displaying that we described to it’s details, or broken and we are not able to give you solution.
  • Account fraud detected.

We don’t grant refund if :

  • If you opened any dispute before telling our support team about your problem.
  • If not able to configure or use for lack of skill.
  • You changed your mind about the purchase.
  • You choose not to use the product anymore.

Membership cancellation : You can cancel your membership with us anytime you want by sending an email to our support or openning a support ticket. Unfortunately, we don’t have option to cancel Membership from account settings right now but we are working on it.
